Swim Workouts

Reference for 25 yard pool:
72 lengths = 1 mile = 1800 yrds
36 lengths = 1/2 mile = 900 yrds
18 lengths = 1/4 mile = 450 yrds

1. Freestyle workout:
Roughly .5 miles with multiple 200 yrd drills
   
2. Freestyle workout:
Roughly .5 miles with multiple 100 yrd drills
   
3. Backstroke workout:
Roughly .5 miles with multiple 100 yrd drills
   
4. Freestyle workout:
Roughly .5 miles with multiple 100 yrd drills and sprints
   
5. I.M. / Breastroke workout:
Roughly 1 mile with 100 yrd breastroke drills, sprints and I.M.s
   
6. I.M. / Butterfly workout:
Roughly 1.4 miles with 100 yrd butterfly drills, sprints and I.M.s
