4th Annual Indoor Triathlon at Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex

Brief Description:
Just like an outdoor triathlon each participant will run, swim and cycle - only indoors. Unlike an outdoor triathlon, participants need not run, swim or bike a specific distance but rather for a specific time. The winners are determined by who covers the longest cumulative distance in the times allowed.
LEG TIME VENUE
- Swim 10 minutes 82°, 25-yard pool
10 minute transition time - Cycle 30 minutes Schwinn Spin Cycles
5 minute transition time - Run 20 minutes 1/10 mile track
Competitors include experienced triathletes, aspiring triathletes, Body Zone members, non-members, first-timers, parent/child combos, siblings, individuals looking for a challenge, groups of co-workers, people looking to fulfill unique New Year's resolution. Age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Register online: bodyzonesports.com/triathlon
