Can you recommend a coach here in Orlando for a person who is exercising but not running yet, needs to learn how to swim and get a tri

Unfortunately we do not have any referrals or recommendations for a coach in Orlando. That doesn't mean there aren't any out there though.

Our suggestion is for you to call you local YMCA, triathlon training team, gym or pool and ask if they have any recommendations. We're sure that one of the locations will be able to point you in the direction of a great coach, where they are local and know their business well.
