Review on T-Roller
The T-Roller massager is a lightweight and easy to use straight bar personal massager. When we here at Triathanewie.com initially received this product to check out, we were not sure what to expect. As a staff member that happened to be suffering some discomfort in my lower back area, I decided to test this product in an attempt to relieve some of the tightness I was feeling. I spent between 5 and 10 minutes rolling the T-Roller on the affected area and was pleasantly surprised in a couple of different ways. For starters, I was impressed by how easy it was to use. I held one end of the T-Roller in each hand behind my back and rolled up and down on my lower back alternating the levels of pressure applied. It was pretty cool, because I did actually get some relief from the product both during and immediately after using it. Because of the length, I was able to hit most areas of my lower back at the same time. But, I would expect I could get similar results working different areas. I can't wait for my quads to act up, so I can test the T-Roller out again.
