Broken Toe
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh man, you broke your toe??? That STINKS!!!! Just so you know, our bossy lawyers told us we can't give you any medical advice because we're not doctors. But, we can tell you that it's never good to train or compete if you have a broken bone until you get the "all clear" from your doctor -- especially if it still hurts. It's just one of those unfair things in life! One thing you can do is contact the race officials and tell them your story. They MAY refund you, but they may not depending on their policy. Then tell the race officials that you would be more than happy to volunteer at a water station or spot along the tri route. That will get you as close to the race as possible without actually competing in it. Let us know how it goes and we wish you a speedy recovery!! Megan
