What to Wear for a Mini-triathlon
Natalie from Notts, UK ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are competing in a sprint triathlon, it is to your advantage to wear your bathing suit during the whole event because the event is so short that it would take too long to go in the womens' room and change between each leg. If it is a cool day, our suggestion is to wear a wet suit over your bathing suit. Take the wet suit off in the first transition. Put biking shorts and a warm fitted top (that wicks away moisture) on and head out on your bike and run. If it is a super hot day and the water is warm, our suggestion is to only wear the bathing suit during the swim. Add biking shorts during the first transition and head off on the bike and run. If you have any other questions, please email. Be well. Jack Shaw
