| Replacing Strength Training with Yoga
Laura from Texas ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, you can certainly use Yoga for strength training. It's a great way to balance your mind and body while achieving your triathlon goals. If you find that you are not reaching your strength goals through Yoga alone, you may not be doing some of the positions correctly. Talk to your instructor about your goals. You can also throw in a sculpting class or some free weightsto spice things up a bit! Be well. Julie McGuire
