| Lazy Triathlon

We've actually never heard of lazy triathlons until today, so we did an internet search. We found that there are some gyms offering these type of triathlons, but they didn't offer too much in terms of resources. We did find this: http://www.tcfymca.org/schedule_pdfs/lazy.triathalon.log.pdf We suggest that you contact the coach or person who runs your YMCA program and see if they have any resources for you and your friends.
