Chris from California ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First off, we're not doctors, so our lawyers said we can't give out specific recovery solutions. Our suggestion is to talk to your doctor first and explain your goals. He/she will be able to tell you if it's a good or bad idea based on your body. From there, I would research physical therapists who work specifically with athletes who have undergone joint replacement and plan to continue with their triathlon goals. They can make sure that you are training properly and not reinjuring yourself. We also found this book that might be useful: Hope that this information is helpful. Be well, Jack Shaw
