| Is there Anything I Can Wear that is a One Stop Shop?

For one-stop-shopping, you should wear a trisuit. They save you from changing during the transitions as they are as tight as a swim suit, have padding in the butt for the bike and can be easily used for the run. Here are a couple we found: Be sure that you get a suit that fits snug but that does NOT cut off your circulation or impede your shoulder movements. Be well. Julie McGuire
